Senior Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d)

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable qualification

    • Several years of experience in product development

    • Proven track record of taking multiple products from concept to market launch

    • Deep knowledge of CAD (we use Onshape)

    • Solid understanding of manufacturing techniques such as sheet metal processing, milling, turning, aluminum die casting, and aluminum extrusion

    • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. That means: You contribute to a constructive, empathetic feedback culture; you’re able to address difficult topics, express dissatisfaction, take initiative, and propose improvements that lead to real change. You value the work of your colleagues. You communicate across teams. A silo mentality (“not my responsibility”) doesn’t align with our culture.     • Experience in the agricultural industry

    • Deep knowledge of in sectors such as electric motors, linear actuators, spindles, cables, connectors, cable management

    • Workshop experience or previous education in the workshop

    • A strong network of component suppliers and experience in supplier communication and negotiation

    • Your work has a direct impact: what you develop is immediately visible and implemented

    • Contribute to a meaningful and sustainable alternative to herbicides
